So so

Its Sold as niceic bit it's clearly not. Rates are good but service is sketchy. Not like calling technical or customer services

Satisfied as to service given

Helpful 'talkthrough' of the Insurance service provided as terms can be a little confusing to say the least. Other than cost of product all was well
