Was delivered within a week so really good delivery service, but the website said I could track my item but I was unable to do so on a number of occasions
Knowledgeable staff when I rang up. Would have preferred to pay extra for a time slot or Saturday delivery but this wasn't an option.

Thank you for your review. We are looking into weekend deliveries for next year but are still looking at various couriers. Sadly they will not take items up the stairs as are not insured to do this.
