I could don't get in touch with the same person who booked the cruise for a week. Only after one week I received a call back from another person who took over and was able to answer my questions

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Unfortunately this occured due to a miscommunication in our New Zealand office. We have since put systems in place, whereupon should a consultant be unavailable for an extended period of time, a secondary consultant will be able to assist.
