Limited packages available.
The staff great, the cruise package selection very limited. Pity would have loved to book all my cruises with My241, but had to go to the other travel agents.

As first time customers we were surprised at the range of options.
Once we had sorted out our authorisation numbers with Wyndham and learnt to navigate the website to identify available options, the actual online booking proved a breeze!

Terrible and disorganized with very limited information
Staff too ages to respond to emails and provided very very limited information on what was included with the cruise.
Had to call to pay, but the phones were down 1/2 the day and had no way of...
