Very helpful people but I prefer hard copies of the cruise as we are not computer literate. .I have asked for the 2018 cruise documents to be printed and posted to us.

Thank you for your feedback. Our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) fare of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We do offer price beats on like for like retail quotations (not 241) at time of booking. We can see that on your cruise booked you have saved more than $600 against the cruise lines lowest available promotional fare, representing great value for money. We look forward to ensuring you & your group have a memorable trip.

It is still not 241. Nobody ever pays the full rack rate. In addition, I have sent 2 emails asking what onboard credit we are receiving. No reply yet. It doesn't matter who we book through, all bookings should receive onboard credit ($100)
