Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you have brought this to our attention. Our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) price of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We can see that on your cruise booked you have saved more than $1100 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare, representing great value for money. One of our consultants will be in contact with you shortly to run through everything.
