Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you brought this to our attention, our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) price of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We are very sorry that you were not aware of this from the start and ensure we give this feedback to our partners that gave you the certificates initially. Processing your refund can take up to 6 weeks due to cruise line constraints. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however we will endeavour to process your refund as soon as we can.

Excellent Service
Brooke was extremely helpful and got everything orgainised for us. I also spoke to someone else ( I apologise I can't remember her name) who also answered a question for me. Great Service
