Although I was told the cabin I wanted was unavailable (although it was listed as available online) a return phone call told me it was available and all went smoothly after that

We are still waiting for the booking confirmation papers. Told that there was a computer problem when the booking was made and deposit paid and the documents will be sent by post instead of email.
