There was a bit of pressure to get all of the deposit up front, which was a bit difficult given the short notice, but otherwise the service was great. Very helpful.

Phoning a consultant would be a better idea!
We did the selection and booking of our cruise entirely via the website - in hindsight a bit silly on our part - and the selection process was a bit cumbersome.
