We currently have over 2,700 cruises with over 32,000 cabin categories available on our 241 program. Our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) price of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We can see that on your cruise you have saved more than $1300 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare, representing great value for money. We are sorry that you felt pressured into extending your vouchers, we have brought this to the attention of our memberships team. Who have been addressing this concern directly with you. Regarding travel insurance we are glad you are now covered, it is unfortunate that it was not through us and we will pass this feedback onto our travel insurance partners. We look forward to sending you on your fantastic cruise and looking after you every step of the way between now and then.

Considerate, prompt and very efficient. The best person we dealt with. ☺☺
Dealing with Prashant has been wonderful. Nothing was any trouble. Everything we asked for was done straight away. He was very considerate when we had a death in the family.

The consultants are excellent, but it doesn't really represent good value. I found I could get a similar room for the same price directly from Carnival with extra on board credit.
