Customer service gwas great - however cruises on offer not cheap.
Customer service was great. Had contact to remind me to use our voucher before expiry. When I rang, very friendly and helpful customer service officer.
However, cruises on offer were often cheaper...

We knew we had 2 years to use the certificates but didn't know we had to actually book within 1 year. They should be valid for booking within 2 years.
The website isn't very good. We can never find...
