Customer service was OK, reason for two stars is most cruises I was interested in only had interior cabins available plus departures from Western Australia (where I live) are few and far between.

Thank you for your feedback. We currently have over 2,700 cruises with over 32,000 cabin categories available on our 241 program. Whilst not all cruises are available on the program we are always striving to increase our inventory, which does change on an almost daily basis. Due to a lower demand less cruise ships embark from Western Australia, however as the cruise industry continues its rapid growth we are sure more cruise lines will be heading that way in the future, increasing availability and itinerary variation.

Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We can see that on your cruise booked you have saved more than $800 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare, representing great value for money.
