Thank you for your feedback. Our 241 program means the first passenger pays the full (non-discounted) fare from the cruise line and the second guest travels free of charge, paying only port charges and taxes. Sometimes the cruise lines can have a sale on their full (non-discounted) rates.However, despite these discounts sometimes offered by the cruise line, the 241 program will always work out cheaper for you offering significant exclusive discounts over anything you could get with the cruise line directly. We can see that on your cruise you saved more than $1500 against the cruise lines lowest available promotional fare, representing great value for money. We checked the price of our cruise with the company and is was the rack rate ...yet 2for1 claim is was a discounted rate. So even when the cruise isn 't discounted you still don't cover the second passanger fare. And about the prt charges, 2for1's are much dearer then those quoted by the cruise company. AND your org just goes on the same ole loop re: above and don't actually read what I am saying. $1,500 saved on a cruise over $6,200 is nowhere near half price and it is the full cost. You don't advertise $1,500 discount - you offer 2for1 off rack rate and don't deliver.
So no nothing has been cleared up, as like any good politician you didn't address the real issue!!!!
