We had issues getting quotes and details requested....
Then sent email with question regarding some of the charges on our invoice and have had NO response!!
It really annoying I have to chase...

The staff were all extremely helpful with suggestions on the positions of the cabins on the ship! This helped us choose the best cabin for our cruise!
