The consultant was really good- friendly and efficient even though I don't really understand all of the figures. We'll see how it continues.....

Lovely woman yet majormistakes made with poor communication in English
My customer service agent although lovely ,English was poorly which followed with major mistakes naming travellers on receipt with wrong surnames

Value for money?
Idea is great and staff arevery helpful. But tbe reality is after paying all costs, you certainly dont get 241 - you bet 2for1.5 or worse🤔
The full fare charged for 1st person is not on anywebsite...
