Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you felt you didn't get the amount promised. Sometimes the cruise line can have a sale or reduced fare on their full (non discounted) rates. Despite these discounts sometimes being offered the 241 program will always work out cheaper for you, offering significant exclusive discounts over anything you could get with the cruise line directly. We are happy to hear you still received a saving. We will pass your feedback over to the cruise team regarding your service levels and we are glad to hear you had a good experience with Scott. We can see that you also have other certificates available to use and we look forward to giving you a positive experience next time.

i had to ring a few times to do things and don't give things with the cruise like credit money things like that
