Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt restricted when it came to choice. Currently we have over 3,000 cruises with over 35,000 cabin categories available on our 241 program. Whilst not all cruises are available on the program we are always striving to increase our inventory, which changes on an almost daily basis. Our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) price of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We are sorry that you felt disappointed by the final saving on your booking. We can see that on your cruise you have saved more than $750 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare at the time, representing value for money. Our cruise team will be in contact shortly to answer any further queries or questions that you may have.
