Very disappointed
We were miss lead when we got our 241 deal,was told we had to use one by December 14th 2017...Not so then we had to use all three before this date...Then when i would ring to do a cruise they would...

We currently have over 3,500 cruises with over 40,000 cabin categories available on our 241 program. Whilst not all cruises are available on the program we are always striving to increase our inventory, which changes on an almost daily basis. Their name doesn't accurately reflect their product. It's not even close to "241" no matter how they try to explain it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel that our name does not accurately reflect our program. Our 241 program means the first passenger pays the full (non-discounted) fare from the cruise line and the second guest travels free of charge, paying only port charges and taxes. Sometimes the cruise lines can have a sale/discount on their full (non-discounted) rates.However, despite these discounts sometimes offered by the cruise line, the 241 program will always work out cheaper for you offering significant exclusive discounts over anything you could get with the cruise line directly. We can see that on your cruise you saved more than $1200 against the cruise lines lowest available promotional fare, representing great value for money. We hope this clears everything up for you, however should you have any queries or questions regarding our program or your cruise then please feel free to contact us directly.

241 charged $5,239 + gratuities of $414 still payable
= saving $506 for 2 people NOT $1,200 as quoted above !!

Received a phone call from My 241 12 days ago, where the representative agreed that we had in fact not received anywhere near a $1200 saving, and she committed to look into it and get straight back to me. Still waiting ...

The cruiseline is now offering this exact same cruise for $4,714 for 2 people in an Oceanview room, all inclusive. That's $500 cheaper than what we paid for our "241 deal".
