NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR TWO FOR ONE CERTIFICATES - THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING...
Franck has a great customer service approach, however your two for one certificates are not really two for one certificates, because if they are, it will be half the price of the whole cruise...!!!

Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We can see that on your cruise booked you have saved more than $750 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare, representing great value for money.
