Process could be made easier for busy people
Really hard to deal with … always has to be via phone calls when emails and/or electronic payments would make the process so much easier. Would be good to consider people who want to book but work...

241 - not quite
Not so much the service but the outcome.
We priced a cruise whilst on a cruise. (About $28000)
The 241 price was not 1/2 the total cost for 2 people. The 241 price was only about$4000 off the cruise...
