Hi Edric, Thanks for the 4 STAR review! As I mentioned in my email, DPD broke the wine in transit. Unfortunately, this does rarely happen and is out of our control, it was on track to be delivered within 48 hours. Hi, Thanks for leaving some feedback - we really appreciate it and your repeated custom. We have recently moved offices and are in the process of sorting out a new phone line. When it comes to the discount, like a lot of companies we offer new customers a 10% discount on their first order if they enter WELCOME10 at the checkout. This is an offer that you are welcome to utilise as well - if you haven't already used it please feel free to use it on your next order. Not to give you too much of a peak behind the curtains but the margins in wine (as a small, independent, family run merchant) are not that big so we are unable to offer a 20% discount across the board.
