I spend about £90 a month and they couldn’t even send me a free shaker

We completely understand your disappointment and we are sorry for this happening. This isn’t the feedback we are used to hearing but we take all comments seriously and use it to improve. That was truly not our intention. I am sure if this was mentioned to our team, we would have gladly sent you a free shaker. Unfortunately, sometimes delays do tend to happen with Royal Mail, especially during busy times orders can take a bit longer. Also, in regards to the tracking not working, that is due to Royal mail not always scanning each item at every location, this tends to happen sometimes with Royal mail and we understand that it can be frustrating.
