Absolutely shocking customer service
This is probably the only real review about there products the rest are newbies or fake reviews

Firstly I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. I am also more than happy to address your concerns.

This is impossible as we have no control over what reviews are put onto Feefo and cannot censor them off. This is the way Feefo works to ensure that all reviews are only from real purchasing customers. Feefo is also trusted by Expedia, NEXT, AXA and Thomas Cook.

I am sorry you feel this way about the product however I can assure you that the product is not under dosage as we take pride is making the best products. Alongside this the independent Feefo reviews (4.9/5 product rating) and other reviews online point towards high quality products across the range.

All of our products apart from P-3 is made in the USA. P-3 is made in the UK.

With our response we are polite, accurate and only had your results as our primary function. However, after you sadly were rude and condescending to a member of the team we informed you that we do not tolerate that kind of behaviour. But we did not and still do not prevent communication between the team and yourself. With the condition that everyone acts in an appropriate manner.
"I've asked them to send me proof of your 3rd party testing for the sarms the **** they came out which was clear that they don't have a clue what's in there sarm products."
It is not uncommon that we get asked for a Certificate of Analysis or something similar. However at this current moment in time our companies policy is that we do not publicly release these documents. We do feel though that 6 years in business, 11 months with Feefo and many logs online that people can accurately gauge how good our products really are. We also make the majority of our products in the USA to ensure a level of quality we don't feel we can achieve currently in the UK.

It's taken yourselves 3 days to reply obviously trying to figure out what to say....
First off, the reviews you've scored at 4.9 / 5 mean absolutely nothing. Have you actually read the reviews people have rated you 5* and have not even tried the supplement/products because of speed of delivery, the name sounds good etc... Have a read!!! Most of the reviews are from newbies and some reviews can be faked as people can buy reviews like most companies. I have not said all you products are terrible I have spoken about a specific product that I have actually used.
I have used these compounds what are in your products before and I know the feeling you should have off them along with what they should be dosed at. Your product at 4 tablets is no way near the effects I should have. When the recommended dose is 2. I have not said it is fake I have said it is extremely under dosed.
As for the woman in live chat I have all the screen shots of the conversation to go back to I wasn't rude or condescending as I didn't swear nor was I aggressive in which she stated I was. I asked for proof as she had stated the product had been tested and was at high standard and I asked for certificate of verification to prove this. She said she couldn't supply this due to confidentiality I haven't asked for personal details, I have asked for proof as I would like to know if what I have purchased is exactly what I'm ment to be taken and is what it says on the label.
There is that many fake sarms going round which you should be very much aware of, a lot of under dosed products or people saying they are sarms but they are actually pro hormones any company selling real sarms have a verified certificate to show customers that the research chemical is geniune and give them a peace of mind and to show the purity what they are tested at.
If you want to be proper funny over £70, I haven't asked for a refund nor do I expect one, I have provided feedback before I put this review up to see if you could resolve it but obviously not.... yous went on the defensive straight away. The woman actually insulted me stating it must be my genetics, height, weight, diet... My intelligence for that matter. I was bodybuilder for many years and can provide a photograph to show there is obviously nothing wrong with my genetics.
These are actually a research chemical not for human consumption so stop endorsing them for human use!!!!

Please see below our response to your comments.

However, whilst your customer service review was very detailed your product review was based on our service rather than the product itself because of this your review was put into review by Feefo to check it's legitimate. During this time they sadly take down the original review and any replies. Once completed they republish the review for you. I also apologise for the 3 working days it took me to respond to this response.

Have a read!!!" - Sir please do not assume the experience of other reviewing customers. You do not know the circumstances and experiences other customers have had. We take pride in reading every review that we receive and Feefo has two sections of the platform one for service reviews and one of product reviews.
"some reviews can be faked as people can buy reviews like most companies." - Due to the way Feefo works and Muscle Rage running an ethical place of business that does not break Feefos code of conduct, I can see that all the reviews are real.

I will agree that you did not swear. However, the reception of your choice of words was condescending and rude. Whilst this may have not have been your perception when typing, sadly it was how they were viewed upon receiving.

"I asked for certificate of verification to prove this" - As Natalie said in the chat and as you mentioned in this review; All of our products are made in the US (apart from our protein) to ensure the highest quality and it also enables us to have access to the newest and highest quality ingredients on the market. Products are tested at the time of manufacture, but due to other information on the certificate we are unable to give this out. As you can see from 6 years in business and the reputation we have built we are not interested in making a quick buck, instead we focus on making top quality products and helping all of our customers through their journey whether that is 1 month or 10 years. I am sorry that we could not give you the certificate of analysis and we know that this may be a barrier for some people and we fully believe that you should only ever put something in your body that you are 100% confident with. We feel that anyone interested in a supplement should only use it if they are happy with every aspect of it.

"Research chemical” this is not the case and no UK or EU law states this. If such a law does become enacted then as a responsible and ethical company, we will comply with all UK Law.

My intelligence for that matter." - Much like your comments I feel that the perception and reception of these comments were not received as intended. The reason this was brought up is because all of those things will affect the level of results a person has. For example someone's age would have a significant impact on the benefits of a testosterone booster and someone's weight or more specifically body fat levels would determine how effective they found a fat burner. As I am sure you know people often find it easier to go from 15%-10% rather than 10%-5%. But genetics will be a key factor with all supplement results for example someone using the ProHormone Halodrol on average should gain around 5-7 lbs and yet a friend of mine gained just over a stone. I do apologise if this was not your perception of the comments.
