Mundy always perform well. IN this case there was a last minute problem with flights, but they overcame it. If they were a little more proactive in recommendations that would be useful.

Mundy organisation was excellent - the majority of the crew on Seabourn Odyssey, also - unfortunately the majority of the destinations were not and this will not be a trip we will be repeating

Sharon is terrific BUT Mundy does not check the post purchase pricing which caused us a problem on board with people bragging about the discounts they received

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to continually check the costs of each sailing on which we have guests booked but should we ever identify this we do approach the cruise line to address this issue. I’m sorry that we did not spot this on your cruise but we were pleased to be able to liaise with Crystal and get this addressed to your satisfaction whilst you were on board.
