Really helpful after sales service

Bought a bat from here a few weeks ago. Had some issues with it cracking, took it back and the guy sorted it all out. Really helpful and good to go somewhere to sort the bat out

Good all round

Good product, needed to change the shipping address, which was confirmed promptly. Maybe add the option for separate billing and shipping addresses at the start.

Poor product and poor service

Was initially sent a duff product, very hard to deal with to sort our refund of return. Made me go out of my way to sort their error. Not impressed and would not recommend
