Delivery is normally extremely reliable and we work hard to get everything dispatched as quickly as possible, but unfortunately in this case the delay extended beyond the timeframe advised, and we completely understand your frustration. Following your contact with our customer success team, a replacement order was arranged for you, and we can see this has since been delivered. Hi, Thank you for your feedback and for your previous orders with us. We're sorry to hear this purchase wasn't what you were expecting. Having reviewed the order, the item received is a different style to the trousers you have purchased previously. While the designs are similar, they are intended to have a different fit and silhouette, which may explain the difference in shape and sizing compared with the pairs you already own. We're also sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced when trying to contact us. That's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
