We pride ourselves in getting sample orders out quickly and efficiently - in the vast majority of cases within 24 hours. We always use 1st class post to ensure they arrive with customers as speedily as possible. Regrettably there are occasions when samples simply fail to turn up. When customers receive confirmation of despatch of samples they are asked to contact us if samples don't arrive within 5 days - otherwise we have no way of knowing if there is a problem with delivery or not. In this case samples left the same day and have not arrived 10 days later. Unfortunately there is little we can do about the vagaries of Royal Mail.
