Good afternoon Hazel and thank you for posting your feedback. The reason why you did not receive a response to your 3 emails is because Mococo does not have a customer service representative during weekends; Head office and website opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and you can find all of the relevant information on our 'contact us' page here: https://www.mococo.co.uk/contact-us

Your emails came through on Friday evening, and one on Sunday, however, as soon as a customer service representative had seen your emails on the Monday you did receive a response. Our superb customer service is reflected by the reviews we regularly receive on Feefo, and the excellent NPS score we currently hold.

I sincerely hope that you understand why you did not receive a response during the weekend, and that we will rectify your initial enquiry as soon as we possibly can.
