Your comments on us being silent through previous applications is likely to be a familiar experience for many people searching for a new role. We often receive between 100 and 500+ applications for a role we advertise. This can make the job of responding to each individual very challenging. We do have to balance our time towards helping everyone we can into new roles. I would always encourage anyone who wants to follow-up on a specific opportunity to do so with the consultant detailed at the bottom of the advertisement.
What is good news is that once the right role had been identified the process obviously moved along at pace and has had a great outcome for you!
