Sorry - not sure why there was a delay and as you never mentioned how many days delay there was I really cannot comment. I know when you buy goods you want them delivered promptly. We spend many many hours chasing couriers on behalf of customers. I wish I could say that ALL couriers are faultless but I'm afraid that is not the case. We try to chose couriers who are efficient but sometimes we are let down.

I don't hv tracking details such as time or date on when delivery will be done
Not sure why there was a delay as according to our records it was dispatched right away as soon as we received the programming instructions. Sorry if there was any delay down to us.

Sorry but we have no record of you calling us. I have checked the call logs and there were NO unanswered calls on July 5th. There was a call on July the 6th (unknown), maybe you called then. However we are closed on Saturday's. Obviously we would have immediately responded to you had known that you never had received your delivery. Sorry.
