Thank you for your positive comments about our products and services. The Whey Matrix is a combination protein and carb product that works well post training and as meal replacement.
If you wanted to keep your carbs low then you may want to take a look at Matrix Anabolic which is higher in protein and lower in carbs.

This product provides a huge amount of high quality, size inducing calories and as such is a sizable serving. If the shake is not your preferred consistency then there is the option to added further water to the mix until this is obtained. This in no inhibits the function of the product.
