Marshalls are great! I ordered two big bags of Sphagnum moss for my bonsai trees/yamadori. The ordered arrived promptly and the moss is very healthy and green. Would highly recommend them.
When Marshalls give you a date for delivery, it always plus or minus 14 days, I think that's very fair. They do keep to those dates, and inform you when items are despatched.
