I had a complaint last year about a batch of seeds and wrote twice but nobody bothered to reply. I was not happy as there is supposedly a guarantee on the seeds. I did say I wasn't going to use you...

I have just left a feedback and THEN read the reviews. A number of complaints seemed to mention lack of response to complaints so I know think this will be my last year of ordering through this company! Also the postage costs make the seeds expensive. Every 5th packet of seeds used to be free which helped with the expense.
