I have phoned to try and find out why these have not been delivered but they do not know. Marshalls are now out of stock so they are going to send an alternative in May

Unfortunately we do not have a tracked service with Royal Mail as this would be too expensive for the postage we charge.

Apparently their computer went down earlier this year and it all went to pot.
It is still not good no one is keeping an eye on posted orders

Our contract with Royal mail does not include tackable orders. The reason for this is that it would push the postal cost up which would reflect in the p&p costs to our cusotmers.
Royal mail have a very high rate of success and if anything does go wrong you can be assured we will try our best to put it right as we have with your onion order.
