I haven't received the main part of my order (lemongrass plants). All I have received is the unsolicited packet of seeds.

All the herb plants are readily available from may despatch. I trust that your plants have arrived as scheduled.
we are currently trying to improve customer notification on despatch dates via the web so that it is clearer for all customers to see.
