Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel we did not deliver good service. Be assured, I have spoken in detail to the owners housekeeper and cleaner and we apologise for them not getting back to you. We will not be following through with regards to requests by the owners cleaners to contact our clients on leaving Clifton Court in the future. Looking at our notes and information we are certain we did not accuse you of non-compliance, I am sorry if you feel this was the case.
