Very bad service

Immediately after ordering, I emailed to cancel the order only to receive a response that it has been dispatched even though it's was a Sunday. returns are not easy at all. Have to go to a far place...

Return processed incorrectly.

Return processed incorrectly with lots of emailing / form filling required to try to get the correct money back. Still waiting on the refund to be corrected. Other aspects OK (quick dispatch, etc).
