Thank you for review. It is very difficult to give time slots for delivery of bagged products as they are delivered by a 3rd party courier on multi drop. Some multiple bag deliveries can take a couple of hours to complete which obviously has a knock on effect for the next delivery. This is clearly explained before purchase and also in the shipping confirmation you receive immediately after ordering. Please see here: https://www.mainlandaggregates.co.uk/delivery-why

Thank you for your review. The product is clearly advertised as containing fine material hence the bags are overfilled to compensate. Gabion Stones are not a product that is washed by any supplier in the UK and thus they will always be dirty when first installed. A quick rainshower or hosepipe is all that is required to show the stones true beauty as stated clearly in the product description.
