Thank you for your wonderful feedback on the Ultimate Italy tour. We're thrilled to hear you had an amazing experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you ever so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful reflection on your recent Ultimate Italy journey. We are truly delighted to hear that your experience was nothing short of superb. It’s incredibly heartening to read that Belinda, your Travel Concierge, played such an essential role in making your holiday unforgettable. Her dedication, depth of knowledge, and clear passion for Italy sound as though they left a lasting impression and rightly so. We will be sure to pass along your kind words, which she will no doubt be thrilled to receive. It’s also wonderful to hear that your Coach Driver, local experts, and the rest of the team contributed to your experience so positively from the storytelling that brought each location to life to the flawless luggage transfers and well timed breaks along the way. Your mention of the five-star hotel stays, special surprises, and standout moments like the dinner at the Machiavelli Estate are exactly the kind of magical touches we aim for. It means so much to know that the itinerary felt well-balanced, allowing time to immerse yourselves in the culture while still enjoying space to explore at your own pace. We do note your comment about the slightly longer drive on the final day and appreciate you sharing that perspective even amidst an otherwise seamless itinerary. Feedback like this helps us continue to refine our journeys. To hear that this trip was the “crown jewel” of your extensive travels is one of the highest compliments we could hope for. We are so pleased it exceeded your expectations in every way and gave you memories to cherish. Thank you again for travelling with us. We would be honoured to welcome you on another journey soon.

Thank you very much for travelling with Luxury Gold and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased you chose to explore Rome with us, but we are truly sorry to hear that the walking distance on that particular day proved too much. We understand that 8 miles of walking can be very demanding, particularly for our more senior guests, and we apologise for any discomfort or difficulty this caused. Our itineraries are designed to showcase as much as possible within the time available, but your comments are a helpful reminder of the need to balance sightseeing with accessibility and comfort. We will certainly review the pacing of the Rome programme to ensure it remains enjoyable for all our guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

We appreciate you sharing your positive ratings.
