We are so pleased to hear that you found your Travel Concierge Director and Coach Drivers to be excellent we will be sure to share your kind words with them, as they will greatly appreciate your recognition. We are, however, sorry to learn of the issues you experienced during your trip. We understand how uncomfortable and disappointing it must have been to be assigned an already-occupied room in Bergen, and we apologise for the embarrassment and inconvenience this caused, as well as for the delay in receiving a replacement room. We also regret that you were dissatisfied with the commentary provided by the local guides in Bergen and Oslo. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will ensure it is shared with our Product and Operations Teams so we can review and address these concerns. Once again, we apologise for any disappointment and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your insights will help us to improve the experience for future guests, and we do hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future.
