Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time with your Travel Concierge, and we will be sure to share your kind words with them. We are, however, very sorry to learn that several aspects of your journey did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the number of stops and the limited time at certain destinations. Your suggestion to allow more time in selected locations and to plan visits when local attractions are open is much appreciated, and we will share this with our planning team for consideration in future itineraries. We also regret that your experience with the airport transfers and the included dining did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Please accept our apologies for the unprofessional behaviour of the pick-up driver and for the disappointment with the Michelin restaurant and winery visit. Your comments will be reviewed with our local partners to ensure that our guests receive the quality and service they deserve. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding meal inclusions. We understand that having more dinners included, particularly at the hotels, can make the experience more convenient and enjoyable, and we will take this into account when reviewing future tour arrangements. We truly appreciate your honesty and the time you’ve taken to share your thoughts. Your insights help us continue improving our itineraries and guest experience. We hope that, despite these challenges, there were still memorable moments during your journey, and we would be delighted to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you found the trip interesting and that you enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the fall foliage, and the memorable visit to Niagara Falls. It is also wonderful to know that the hotels and dining experiences met your expectations. We are, however, very sorry to learn that certain aspects of the tour did not feel as relaxed as you had hoped. We understand that early departures and limited free time can make the days feel full, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the balance of sightseeing and leisure time. Your comments about the walking distances and accessibility challenges have also been noted, and we regret any difficulty this may have caused, particularly for guests with mobility concerns. We also apologise for the experience after the farewell dinner and agree that additional assistance, such as providing a light source, should have been offered to ensure guests felt comfortable and safe. Your feedback has been shared with our operations team to review how we can better support our guests in such situations. Thank you again for your thoughtful comments. We are pleased that, despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy many special moments on your journey. We hope that you will consider travelling with us again so we may provide a more comfortable and well-paced experience in the future.
