We are, however, very sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the pace and structure of the itinerary. We understand how special a place like Lake Louise is, and we sincerely regret that the time allocated there felt too short. Your suggestion to spend more time in Banff and Lake Louise and potentially to explore Calgary is appreciated and has been noted by our product team for consideration in future planning. Similarly, we acknowledge your feedback on the length of the train journey and the overnight stop in Kamloops. While it is designed to offer a unique experience of travelling through the vast Canadian landscapes, we completely understand that it may not have suited everyone's preference, and we're sorry this part of the journey did not meet your expectations. We also hear your thoughts on Vancouver and the desire for a deeper experience of the city's culture. We’re also delighted that the hotels in Vienna, Budapest, Krakow, and Warsaw met your expectations and enhanced your stay in these vibrant cities. That said, we are sorry to learn that your experience in Český Krumlov fell short of expectations. While we include this picturesque town for its unique charm and historical interest, we completely understand your concerns regarding the hotel and the brief duration of the stay. Your comments about the room size, noise levels, and lack of air conditioning at Hotel Růže have been noted and will be shared with our Operations Team for review. We also acknowledge that the distance to the hotel may have presented some inconvenience, particularly with luggage or in warm weather, and we regret any discomfort this may have caused. We truly value your suggestion about extending time in Budapest and Bratislava. Finding the right balance between travel pace and time to explore is always a consideration, and guest feedback like yours helps guide our future itinerary planning. We’re also delighted that the high tea in Zermatt and the quality and location of the hotels enhanced your time with us. That said, we are truly sorry for the disappointment caused regarding the seating class on the Glacier Express. We understand your expectations were set for First-Class travel, and we sincerely apologise that this was not fulfilled on this occasion. Regrettably, our Operations team were unable to secure First-Class tickets for the full group on the required date, despite their best efforts. As a result, Second-Class tickets were arranged to ensure that all guests could still enjoy this iconic journey together. While the difference between First and Second Class is relatively subtle both offering panoramic windows and access to the same spectacular Alpine views we appreciate that seating arrangements and onboard service can influence the overall experience. We're sorry that the quality of the meal did not meet expectations, and that guests were not advised of the change in advance. We understand how this impacted the mood of the group and apologise sincerely for the lack of communication. Your comments are valuable and have been shared with the relevant teams to help improve how we manage expectations and communicate unavoidable changes in future.
