All fixed now. Luxo shipped the broken part and my sauna is in full working order. It took a few weeks but I’m happy to say it’s all fixed now. Thanks
The bed had wood chips dents and scratches on it. This was not a delivery problem but a quality control problem before it even got to the box. I was so disappointed and will not be buying from them...
