Hello and thank you for your feedback.  This definitely helps us improve our service from start to finish.  In quick review, it was clear that there was some confusion on our end regarding contracted rates with the University at-large.  This was addressed in correspondence between your department/team and ours - thank you!  I regret that this marred the overall transportation experience but I also do recognize the upside: we at Lux are now clear on how these rates are applied and should not have any issues moving forward.  We’ve also used this as an opportunity to review our other university contracted rates so that we’re clear on scope and application.  I thank you, again, for the feedback and hope to see you again soon!
