Thank you Kevin for a nice review!I am pleased we have "delivered" so to speak! We try to be helpful and friendly on the phones because too many businesses are run these days literally online with no real voice to talk to on the other end of the phone. I have always strived to keep that personal touch to our business, although a lot of it can be done online too via e mails. Our drivers are all chosen for their cheery disposition and we like to think they represent our company just the same. I hope we will see you again when you choose to do another part of the path. Its unbelievable the number of problems that we come up against in a normal working day.... traffic, late delivery.... accommodation provider not home ... you name it, we're up against it!
