Hi Reinhard, Vielen Dank! Thank you very much for your review. I am pleased that it all went well for you and that you had an enjoyable holiday. We do accept next day bookings which has always been our policy and you would be amazed at the number of people who actually arrange things literally the night before, but it is a good way, especially if you fancy staying somewhere an extra night or on the off chance that you may injure yourself and need to rest up for a day or so. Hi Paul, Thank you so much for your review! When we started the business 10 years ago, that was our main aim... that walkers could enjoy the path without having to constantly watch their feet.. we are told over and over again that having luggage moved and not having to carry it has made such a great difference to walkers' experiences on the Coast Path. Hi John, thank you for your kind review. Its always nice to hear that things have gone well especially like you say when changes are made at the last minute. We do try to ensure everyone's bags are delivered to the correct places because we are very mindful that a wrong delivery can spoil someones holiday. In view of the fact that we move on average 10,000 bags per month during the season, its quite a feat to get 99.9% of them right! Hi Franz, Thank you for a lovely review! I am pleased your experience of Luggage Transfers was good and that it all worked well. Its a bit of a logistical nightmare really when you consider that we move about 10,000 bags a month around the coast path! Thankfully we have excellent bespokely made systems to cope with the demand! We do try to be friendly and helpful as we realise its not always easy for our overseas walkers to book and plan, and its important to speak with someone who knows it all inside out.... and can come up with a solution to make it all work out!
