Hi Peace. Thank you for your comments. As Manager it is my job to get to the bottom of any issues which arise. I have looked at your booking and all the emails closely and I can only apologise for the standard of service with which we dealt with your booking. For various reasons certain protocol was not followed, and a culmination of circumstances meant a couple of things went wrong with your booking. I can honestly say that 99.9% of our bookings go exactly to plan without any hitch whatsoever which is amazing really when you consider we move around 10,000 bags a month! You only have to look at our rating here on Feefo to see that. I can only apologise for the errors on our side and I have sent you a personal e mail to try to explain how things did actually go wrong. Hi Andrew, Thank you so much for your lovely review! I am so pleased that you have enjoyed using our company.... we do try to be all the things you have mentioned.... nothing better than having a voice at the end of the phone should it be needed... but also being efficient in handling enquiries and not to mention the drivers out there who occasionally get to meet the walkers on the earlier pick ups or the later deliveries! At the moment we move around 10,000 bags a month throughout the season, so it would be easy to just be a number, but we do strive to make each and every customer feel they are the only ones we are dealing with.
