We had a 63 seater which was clean and comfortable. It was on time for our pick ups, Nick the driver was both professional and friendly with a nice personality.
The driver wss excellent
Very good humoured ànd accommodated our needs perfectly

Thank you for your comments and positive feedback for the service that our driver provided. However, we are sorry that your experience with our vehicle was less than satisfactory. I assure you that every time a vehicle returns to our depot it goes through the coach wash and the interior is checked and cleaned each evening. We have of course noted your comments and have procedures to address this.
We take great care in the maintenance of our vehicles, not only from a safety perspective, but also for the comfort of our passengers and the air-conditioning is very much part of that. Prior to your journey there was no defect logged to engineering regarding the air-conditioning, so we apologise that this was not detected quickly enough. As Im sure you will agree, the weather we have been experiencing recently is unusually hot and when the coach is also full of people it adds further pressure to the air-conditioning, and in this instance, it could not cope. We will ensure that this is rectified on this vehicle and hope that this has not deterred you from travelling with us again in the future.
