Thank you for your feedback about your transfer with Faro Shuttle, we're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with their service and experienced a long wait. Unfortunately we have had a few similar comments recently, therefore we now only offer our Looking4Transfer customers the opportunity to book transfers with one Provider in Portugal, whereby previously we offered a choice of two. This provider is called Green Bus who offer an excellent standard of service and have a shorter guaranteed waiting time upon arrival at the airport. Once again please accept our apologies for the delay in your transfer departing the airport.
