Dear Ian, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. When making a booking on our website, our homepage advises we are a price comparison website within the first paragraph 'We know more about Airport Parking than anyone else, offering the world's leading comparison brand. ' Further down the homepage the website advises 'Compare airport parking. Use our secure airport parking comparison service to find the best deal.' We are sorry if you did not realise we are a price comparison website and booking agent, however, we do feel this is made clear on our homepage and also within our terms and conditions. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. All of the information that is sent out on our booking confirmations is provided by the car parking companies themselves . The car park address and a directions link pin pointing the car park on google maps is available on the booking confirmation. It is advised the car park is 1.74 miles from the airport and the shuttle takes approximately 3 minutes. When checking the details on google maps this also confirmed the transfer is approximately 3 minutes. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team
